The beds are fairly comfortable and the bathroom is dated but functional. We thought breakfast was included but upon check-in was told that because we booked on Expedia (Hotels.com) breakfast would be $14.95 each. That was still reasonable. One disappointing note was when I needed change to leave a tip for maid service, I asked for change of $20 U.S and was given $20 Canadian instead of $27.50 Canadian. When I questioned it I was told thats what they do. A 20% service fee would've been bad but 37% is robbery. A good tip is make sure you have change and if you have to park at lot down the street park on level 3, this will save you from walking up a portion of a decent hillShow More

It was actually blocks from th...We got called just before we checked in advising we were being changed to a different because our room had water damage. They said the other hotel was right beside them. It was actually blocks from them. We went there and they didn’t have our information, no record of a reservation. So we had to go back to the original hotel, they called the other hotel so we had to go back to the 2nd hotel again and check in. Parking suggested by the manager was terrible, massive potholes full of water and no spots available. We ended up wasting in total @3 hrs with all of this. Finally finding our own parking location. The biggest issue I had is telling us the other hotel was right beside the original hotel we booked. Show More

Hotel was comfortable with a great location in Old Town and close to everything you want to explore in town by walking. Hotel was quaint but modern with a friendly staff. Brroken towel rack was never fixed and while housekeeping provided new towels and emptied trash they placed old towels from floor back on counter and did not make bed. Parking at hotel was convenient but be forewarned to arrange in advance as spces are limited and spces can be tight. Hotel advised in advance of certain car midels they couldn’t accommodate which was appreciated. I would recommend this hotel for comfort and convenience Show More

After doing research to be near the train station, I found this hotel and so glad I did. The location is excellent and minutes walking to Citadelle, Chateau Frontenac, the Plains of Abraham , the Cath...After doing research to be near the train station, I found this hotel and so glad I did. The location is excellent and minutes walking to Citadelle, Chateau Frontenac, the Plains of Abraham , the Cathedral , The monastery and tons of restaurants. The staff was very friendly and the room was spacious (different types )and super clean. The bed was perfect. Free coffee and tea at the front desk. You can walk to almost anything that you want to see. The breakfast has various choices ($ in case included in your booking). Will definitely go back.Show More
