I recently brought my daughter to Paris for a Mother/Daughter trip for her 10th Birthday - it was her first time to Europe, and an absolute dream trip for her (and I!). We chose Hotel du Louvre for it...I recently brought my daughter to Paris for a Mother/Daughter trip for her 10th Birthday - it was her first time to Europe, and an absolute dream trip for her (and I!). We chose Hotel du Louvre for its excellent reputation and incredible location. I cannot even begin to express how absolutely AMAZING our experience was at the hotel. From before we even arrived until the moment we checked out - every interaction and detail was top notch. Before arriving, I wrote to the hotel to let them know if would be my daughter's birthday in hopes there may be something we could do to make it extra special. We were totally blown away upon arrival with a surprise room upgrade (STUNNING suite!) gifts, balloons, cookies, wine, sparkling apple juice and a hand written "Happy Birthday" note from the hotel. My daughter was blown away, and kept commenting on how she wished every hotel was as lovely as Hotel du Louvre. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, smells divine, is perfectly appointed and well kept. Rooms are beautiful, full of light and airy. In room amenities are lovely and plentiful. Turn down service included chocolates every night...what felt like a blast from the past of old world true hospitality. It was a delight to come back to each night. The hotel staff were not just friendly, but wonderfully kind, accommodating and thoughtful. It seemed that somehow everyone knew it was my daughter's birthday and they all wished her well when they would see her. It was so special. They helped her send a postcard back to her classroom in the states, and helped her make change every morning before we headed out for our day's adventures. The concierge made excellent restaurant recommendations and helped us with reservations. The cleaning staff were so kind and respectful. Wonderful bellman and reception staff. Just an incredible group all around! The hotel's location cannot be beat. We were able to walk everywhere, wonderful cafes and shopping nearby and a taxi queue right across the street. And of course...the food. Having Brasserie du Louvre in the hotel is such a treat. We regularly had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel and they were truly some of the best meals we had in Paris. By far, the best servers and wait staff we experienced in the city while we were there. Room Service was also prompt, and beautifully set up. I truly cannot wait to return to Hotel du Louvre. It's the epitome of what everyone dreams of when they think of a luxurious trip to Paris. The hotel went out of their way to create an unforgettable experience for my daughter and I - making memories that will last a lifetime for us both.Show More

La habitación era cómoda, tranquila, espaciosa y con unas vistas al museo del Louvre muy buenas. Contaba con un rinconcito para leer o escribir muy acogedor. El mobiliario es elegante y recuerda mucho a la ciudad. El desayuno maravilloso, me lo trajeron a la habitación todos los días, todos los productos eran de calidad y estaba todo realmente bueno además de bien cuidada la presentación. El Lobby Bar es un especio estupendo para compartir una copa de Champagne con acompañantes, para cenar algo más ligero o para tomarse un café tranquilamente mientras lees un rato, cuenta con una música perfecta y un ambiente muy acogedor. El personal del hotel es muy atento, capaz de resolver cualquier incidencia y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Un gran plus es la situación del hotel, puedes ir andando a practicamente todos los puntos turisticos de interés de la ciudad. Si ya conoces París y vas a descansar es ideal para estar tranquilo, pasear por la zona del río, disfrutar de hacer una compras en las boutiques de las avenidas cercanas o pasar la tarde leyendo sentado en el estanque de las Tullerias. Thoughtful touches like quality lighting, a well-stocked coffee station, and plush carpeting made it feel like a home away from home. The location truly can’t be beaten, right beside the Louvre and moments from Palais Royal, cafés, and boutiques. First off, huge thanks to the staff – they made all the difference! Diego LaBarrere in customer relations was incredible. He went out of his way to make us feel right at home, checking in on us and handling everything with such a personal touch. And in the restaurant, Jerome, Benoit, and Sonia were absolute stars – super friendly, always smiling, and made our meals so much fun. The location? Couldn't ask for better. We're literally steps from the Louvre, Palais Royal, and the river – we walked everywhere. Super convenient for a family with kids. Our room was amazing, they view was awesome and huge with plenty of room for all three of us. The Brasserie du Louvre food was so good we kept going back! We had to drag our daughter out to try other spots in Paris because she didn't want to leave. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Paris.
