The staff from reception to check out were attentive, helpful and gracious. Wonderful service from before we arrived by obtaining distilled water for a medical device. The hotel has a great location in St. Germain so it was a short walk to the Louvre, Luxembourg Garderns, Bon Marche. The hotel has a calm atmosphere in a hectic area with luxury finishes throughout. The decor is elegant and understated. The spotless room had a great view of the Church of St. Germain, and included good closets/shelving to unpack, numerous electrical plugs exactly where needed, SMEG kettle, and great pillows. The breakfast buffet was excellent! If I am back in Paris, I know where I am staying!Show More

I was recommended by my tour guide of the Madison Hotel when I did a walking tour in Paris for 8 hours in Oct trying to find the perfect hotel in a neighborhood suitable for a family trip with my parents, and the hotel did not disappoint! I can’t say enough how great is the location of the Madison Hotel - within walking distance to the Louvre, Notre Dame and major shopping areas like Le Bon Marche. The entire hotel staff is super friendly and rooms are a great size! I also thought the prices are reasonable for what you get. I will definitely come back to stay here when it’s renovated next Spring. Shout out to Morgan for his help with my departure to leave the best last impression!Show More

Throughout our 3 night stay the staff were fabulous and went out of their way to be helpful. We only had a limited time there so the concierge service was invaluable in recommending restaurants and making dinner reservations on our behalf. The rooms were very comfortable and incredibly clean. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice and the service friendly and relaxed. It was the ideal hotel for us for a memorable stay. We will definitely be back next time we visit Paris.Show More
