On our pre-paid return visit on Saturday 2nd August we were very disappointed with the condition of our room. It smelt of cigar smoke when we arrived and later smelt of dampness. There were greasy ‘forehead’ marks on the windows and a full strip of ‘Advil’ tablets on the floor by the curtain! Not acceptable standard for this overprice accommodation.Show More

He was extremely rude when it was pointed out we had been waiting 20 minutes to be served on terrace. Challenged and laughed out loud at that suggestion - which was true. Wrong person to be working in such a prestige environment. So disappointing. Show More
