I rented a deluxe suite city view and was giv...It’s amazing what passes for city view these days! I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I feel like I was completely deceived by my booking. I rented a deluxe suite city view and was given a room facing a cement wall. I specifically rented this room for the view. Upon arrival, I was told that they were fully booked and that if I was to return to the hotel, I should contact the hotel directly to specify that I want a view of the city. Who would have thought that I would need to specify that I wanted a view of the city when booking a room called deluxe suite city view? I want to say that the staff is very pleasant and welcoming, the included breakfast was nice and the decor lovely. If you do decide to book this hotel, which I will not be doing in the future, it’s noteworthy that the rooms do not have charging docks that I could find, they don’t supply bubble bath for their large soaker tub, nor do they have any lotion. They also don’t have a public ice machine and the rooms are not equipped with coffee machines. Show More

After a long flight delay, we arrived quite late in the evening but front desk checked us in quickly and efficiently. First first impression of the room... nicely furnished, very clean, cozy in the good way. Linens were all in great shape and smelled like home washed laundry instead of the usual harsh chemicals. Really liked the shampoo, conditioner and body wash but there was no body lotion provided. Blow dryer was basic but worked well enough. Room could be improved with some extra hooks for hanging towels and robes. As others mentioned, some fairly constant knocking sounds in the walls (pipes??) that could be problematic for some.... I'm a light sleeper but didn't bother me. A/C worked great and we barely heard a peep from any other guests. Hotel serves a nice breakfast and specialty coffee to order.... Nice way to start the day! Property is also close to two metro stations making it incredibly easy to get around. Definitely recommend and would stay again!Show More

Our carpet was stained and rust around shower. They put us on a 3rd floor with a view of the alley so we didn’t even sit on our balcony. Hotel is off of a busy street in a strange neighborhood. Have to carry your luggage up and down stairs outside and inside the hotel. Show More
