As a first time solo trip my stay at H10 Puerta de Alcala could not have been better. The location is beautiful and means you can easily walk or use the metro to get to all the best spots in Madrid,...As a first time solo trip my stay at H10 Puerta de Alcala could not have been better. The location is beautiful and means you can easily walk or use the metro to get to all the best spots in Madrid, without hearing tourists/ noise all times of the day. I unfortunately had some lost luggage and the team were very helpful with making sure it got to me should it be found (it was!). The room was also lovely and clean, felt very cosy and had a gorgeous bathroom that felt very luxurious. The bed was comfortable and despite being one floor under the rooftop bar, I had a good night's sleep every time. Breakfast was full of hot and cold options but also thought of the little touches like non-dairy milk and different types of bread, meaning I left for the day feeling full and ready to go! I would absolutely recommend H10 to someone looking for a very chic, well-priced boutique hotel that is friendly and super well connected.Show More
