Et nous l’avons pas été déçu, on s’attendait pas à tout ce service et cette gentillesses. On nous a accueilli directement devant l’hôtel puis porter nos valises dans nos chambre et une dame nous a présenter notre chambre et tout ce qu’il y a dans l’hôtel. Certains personnels parler anglais et d’autres non mais on a toujours réussi à ce comprendre. Nous avions le onsen public et le privée (hors chambre) qui est disponible à la réservation (on a public réservée er il y’a avait beaucoup de créneau) et si pas de réservation la place est libre ! Nous avions dîner + petit déjeuner compris ce qui rajoute à fond l’expérience. On est en plein coeur de Hakone, des commerces, restaurants et à 10 minutes à pieds de la gare. Les arrêts de bus sont tous à proximité. Je recommande vraiment de prendre le hakone free pass ! Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages à la bagagerie, vraiment un personnel très serviable !Show More

From the moment we entered the Riokan, the staff had been attentive and friendly. The room is spacious, the futons are comfortable, the dinner was delicious and was served in the room. The typical breakfast includes fish and can be challenging if you are not used to strong flavours in the morning, but I think this is part of the experience. The possibility to book and use the private onsen is also a positive note. The location is perfect, at a walking distance from the station and from the main road with shops and restaurants. We recommend it for a special stay.Show More
