I also liked the onsen both private and public are brilliant, so if the private is taken please do not be shy like other tourists and use the public because it is even better then the private one (has a large cold bath and also sauna). Staff also correct, daily cleaning. Free alcohol is a nice touch in the evening and massage is fairly priced and good.Show More

We loved the reading area, kids play area, outdoor deck with foot soak spot, the available snacks and drinks, the dinner and breakfast included. The food was a good balance of traditional and Western, and we all ate well. The private baths are a great option, and the public bath is spacious and well maintained. The room was cozy, and we appreciated the child's slippers they provided in room for our child. The bed and pillows are traditional Japanese style and firmer than we're used to, but that's fine. The staff were very helpful. And the location was perfect.Show More

La chambre était spacieuse, parfaitement propre et bien équipée. Le dîner en mode buffet était excellent et très varié! Il y en avait pour tous les goûts et notamment pour celles et ceux qui veulent découvrir la cuisine japonaise. Il y a un loundge où l'on peut boire et manger toutes sortes de choses à volonté, un coin relaxation, lecture de manga, jeux d'enfants etc. Top pour les familles avec enfants! Tout est bien indiqué et expliqué en anglais. Le personnel était adorable, nous avons pu laisser nos bagages à la réception pour visiter Hakone après notre check-out. Les bains privés (sans réservation) étaient très confortables. On ne peut pas rêver mieux comme emplacement : à deux pas de la gare de Gora, et à proximité des points d'intérêt principaux.Show More
