This safe hotel got great ratings, and while it was expensive, I had ...I saw that Kelowna did have some higher crime rates, so I wanted to stay in a place that appeared to be exceptionally respectable. This safe hotel got great ratings, and while it was expensive, I had an outstanding stay. There was plenty of free parking on this property. There was a shuttle for the adjacent airport, but it had no impact on me. This hotel had an elevator, there were six (6) stories, and I really enjoyed my usages of the heated pool and of the hot tub. This gym had some weight machines, some free weights, and some cardio machines, and I really enjoyed my usages of them. This hotel had an amazing breakfast, and it included: omelettes, potatoes, English muffins, waffles, bagels, breads, cereals, muffins, fruits, and an assortment of beverages. My room was very clean and it was well-decorated, and it had: a television set, a desk with a chair, a couch, a safe, a big bed, some night tables, a toilet, a hot-water shower, and a sink. This room had heat and air-conditioning, and the Wi-Fi worked very well. While this hotel appeared to be very busy, it was also quite quiet. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It probably took me about fifteen (15) minutes to get to downtown Kelowna and to the vineyards. Also, this hotel had many restaurants, gasoline stations, and stores right next to it, but I never used any of them.Show More

The staff were so kind and welcoming, always taking the time to smile and interact with our kids, which made us feel right at home. Our room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to keep everyone comfortable. The pool was definitely a highlight; perfect for the kids to burn off energy and for us to relax together. We also appreciated the little family-friendly touches, like high chairs available at breakfast. It’s s not always easy traveling with kids, but this stay reminded us how much smoother things go when a hotel is truly family oriented. We’ll definitely be back! We recently started a family IG page to share little glimpses of our life, parenting moments, and the adventures that come with raising kids. It’s been such a fun way to connect with other families and parents who can relate to this stage of life. As we continue to grow, we’d love to explore opportunities for collaborations down the road with brands that share our values and focus on family life. First off, housekeeping was not offered every day, which meant dirty floors, dirty toilets, and overflowing bins became the norm. Towels ran out halfway through our stay, and getting replacements felt like pulling teeth. The room itself wasn’t well-maintained floors were visibly unclean from the moment we arrived, and it didn’t improve over time. For the price we paid, I expected at least basic cleanliness and daily service. To top it off, the hotel charges extra for car parking. That might be acceptable in a downtown luxury hotel, but this place is far from that. Most hotels offer free parking as a courtesy, so this felt like an unnecessary cash grab. One thing was extra ordinary, the breakfast was awesome, excellent choices, with hot breakfast. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless they seriously rethink their standards and guest experience.Show More
