This is our first stay at your property, and unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing because of how your staff treated us. One of the employees — a woman with long black hair — spoke to us with an attitude and was very dismissive. Another employee, an older woman working at the counter, was even more disrespectful. My mother was politely trying to explain something, and before she could finish her sentence, the employee cut her off and said, “I can’t understand you,” in a rude and demeaning tone. She made no effort to listen or help, and the way she spoke to my mom was embarrassing and hurtful. My mother left feeling disrespected, and this made our first visit to Harrah’s feel very negative.Show More
