We were supposed to be in a cottage, when we arrived we were checked into the west wing. Entry through the copper room entrance immediately noticed an odor, it smelled old and moldy. During the enti...We were supposed to be in a cottage, when we arrived we were checked into the west wing. Entry through the copper room entrance immediately noticed an odor, it smelled old and moldy. During the entire walk to our room it smelled offensive. Our room was old and very dated, the towel bar behind the bathroom door was missing but half of the hardware was still there. The bathroom smelled of urine, the carpets had huge stains on them, the windows were covered in heavy condensation. We were there for a business trip, we asked several times gor our room to be cleaned, garbages recycling, fresh towels, toilet paper etc. The list is very long. Be brought our dogs as they go everywhere with us, they are very good guests. 4 night stay noone cleaned our room, we took our own garbage and recycling out and left it in the hallway. Everyday from noon until 5pm our room was empty my husband was in meetings and I left with our dogs. The last day once again reached out again, due to 300 guests arriving they could not accommodate our room cleaning the supervisor showed up with clean towels and a spray bottle asking if I wanted a spray down. This entire stay reminded me of the Shineing. Do better for the cost of the stays here.Show More

I was in a newly updated room that had a comfy bed with new white sheets and a nice shower with fluffy white towels. It is a quiet hotel with good wifi and free parking.
