Hotel seemed great at start 2 beautiful wooden dinning setting but no resteruant to appreciate them. we had two rooms only one tv worked between both rooms due to way cabled, didn't get our water eve...Hotel seemed great at start 2 beautiful wooden dinning setting but no resteruant to appreciate them. we had two rooms only one tv worked between both rooms due to way cabled, didn't get our water every day, toilet paper we had to ask for, shower jets smelt like suer water when turned on. Same room where Tv didn't work had cold- warm shower, wi fi very weak. Staff seem to be a bit lazy in the cleaning area. A lovely hotel with beautiful lead lights and furniture but needs a bit of TLC to make it shine. Show More

On our arrival the young men who met us couldn't speak or understand English very well, therefore a three way conversation via telephone was conducted. However, they were extremely friendly and helpf...On our arrival the young men who met us couldn't speak or understand English very well, therefore a three way conversation via telephone was conducted. However, they were extremely friendly and helpful, if we requested anything they were very obliging, but we did have to remind them on several occasions to empty the bin in the room, change the towels and provide our complimentary water. The room was adequate. We attempted to organise breakfast, but again it was too difficult with the language barrier. The location not the best too far from Jimbaran to walk. Show More
