Dewitri and the rest of the team at t...The staff at the Haven were incredibly friendly and cheerful — every time we walked through the hotel, we were greeted with a warm smile and a heartfelt “hello”. Dewitri and the rest of the team at the Suites Reception were especially helpful and kind throughout our stay. Our 2-bedroom suite was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a large balcony overlooking the pool. Complimentary water was provided daily, the toiletries felt luxurious, and the amenity kits were generous. The complimentary afternoon tea was a lovely touch, offering a nice variety of teas and daily-changing treats. Breakfast had plenty of options for all tastes, and room service featured standard choices with quick delivery. The location is excellent — close to shops and within walking distance to the beach. A small section of the beach is reserved exclusively for Haven guests, complete with sun loungers & towels. Just note that no food or drinks are provided at the beach club, so you’ll need to bring your own. Overall, our stay was extremely enjoyable, with warm hospitality from start to finish. Highly recommended — we would happily return!Show More
