The staff are genuinely friendly, always smiling and greeting guests, which creates a very pleasant atmosphere. The quality of the food was excellent, as was breakfast. The only downside was the music at lobby level, which didn’t really match the otherwise calm ambiance. At breakfast, the young barista did his best, when we asked him to serve the espresso in the right cup and to pre-warm it, he quickly learned and did it perfectly. We also had a great chat with the chef who walked around every morning to greet guests. Overall, an excellent hotel with spacious rooms, friendly staff, and very good food, just a few small things that could make the experience truly perfect.Show More

The lounge team's service is what makes it truly special. They are a credit to the hotel. A special shoutout to Lily, Fefen, and Adimas for their attentive and impeccable service during cocktail times. Every staff member greeted us with warm smiles and seemed to genuinely care about our experience. Hotel is next to Pascal 23 shopping mall.
