The fitness center deserves special mention - it's equipped like a premium gym with a complete range of machines for comprehensive workouts, and it's available 24 hours, which is incredibly convenient. During one of my stays, I experienced an issue that was handled exceptionally by Ms. Paratee (KAM), the manager. She addressed my concern promptly and professionally, ensuring my continued loyalty to this property. This level of personalized care really demonstrates the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. The entire team is outstanding - every staff member greets you with a genuine smile and goes above and beyond to assist. Their training and dedication truly enhance the guest experience and make every stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend this Hilton for both business and leisure travelers.Show More

But I must Hilton Grande Asoke is signing star among all the other hotels. I sincerely thank Natcha, front office executive for accommodating our early check-in request. The room was aesthetically done, and spacious. The location is perfect, close to both Sukhumvit as well Asoke metro stations. Breakfast was elaborate with multiple options. What I liked most is they also have Indian section. I big Thanks to Indian Chef, Mr. Puran Sigh for serving us delicious Indian dishes. Puran you are a savior, since we are vegetarian he prepared yummy Aloo Paratha and Dosa for us. Each staff member is polite and supportive. They agreed for late check out which was very helpful since our flight was late in the evening. Overall Hilton Bangkok Grande Asoke is a complete package and I recommend it highly if you are visiting Bangkok. Thank you Hilton management for making our stay memorable. We stay at Hilton hotels around Bangkok in different areas and we like this particular area because it’s located next to Terminal 21 shopping mall and is well connected with sky train. We are Hilton diamond members so we got an upgrade to a nice twin room on a high floor. We also enjoyed the happy hour at the executive lounge - the servings have improved there since we last visited in the spring. Hotel is a bit dated but nice and professional personnel makes up for it. Special thanks to Mr. Eve the bell boy - he was very helpful to us in getting our heavy luggage in the taxi with a cheerful smile.Show More
