The best feature of this hotel is it's location. The buffet breakfast was good in terms of the food but the staffing was low and they were running around trying to accommodate the guests at any time.....The best feature of this hotel is it's location. Twisted ankle, one of the male staff helped call cab to clinic and showed concern later that evening. Forgot to ask for his name but many thanks. Cozy and bright room with wonderful sea view. Appreciated the delicious snacks and canapés at the executive lounge. Quiet and peaceful, had a harpist on Saturday who played nice pieces, very enjoyable.Show More

Not sure what it was for, but we loved it. And then Brittany and Peter at front desk being printed out some business paperwork in a large print format that I needed and he did such a great job. They were so kind and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Anne and Kiki so kind with such a beautiful smile and took care of us so well. You can ask for custom-made eggs at your table free of charge along with the buffet and the cappuccino was good. Black coffee was OK. Kiki was the most amazing server. Fantastic location walkable to the boat tour that was an encounter that was amazing and to the casino pick up for our sky rail tour.
