10/10 Great location and great stay!
The location was perfect! We had tickets to see Buddy Guy at Legends so we didn't have to drive, it was directly across the street. Which made for a stress free night of fun! Buddy Guy rocked the show, such a great time! The hotel is beautiful and the room had everything we needed. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

A beautiful hotel ideally located for exploring the city. The common/shared areas of this hotel are very grand and beautiful being immaculately maintained. there are fitness and relaxation facilities along with a restaurant, Irish pub, shop/takeaway and gift shop. Our room was to the front of the hotel which provided fantastic views. Our room felt outdated but was very comfortable. This was not a cheap place to stay, eat or drink. Room not worthy of a 4 star hotel but hotel in general is.

6/10 Stay here when your options are limited.
Hotel is mediocre at best. The type of place that you stay at when there are no other reasonably priced options. They are there for the people attending conventions. If you have other options, don’t hesitate to book elsewhere. Internet was awful. Staff was nice so no complaints there.

The location is perfect, we got a room with nice view to the park. what I like it was that we could open the windows a bit to have fresh air into the room.

10/10 A wonderful place in the heart of Chicago
An amazing long weekend with family at this magical place with tons of history. At the very heart of the city, one of the best Hiltons I have ever stayed at. Lots of friendly staff makes you feel safe and well taken care of. Can't wait to visit again!

Big shout out to Ozel at the Hilton Chicago who introduced me to some great Hilton packages in other cities for a big discount. I’ve already decided to come back to Chicago and stay at The Drake or the Palmer. Or maybe I’ll use the package in the Big Apple. Thanks Ozel!

When we arrived they had no info as to our booking through booking.com which was paid for. We showed our confirmation etc. They went above and beyond to help rectify the situation and give us a room near the elevator as my husband has Parkinsons. Great staff!!

The location of the property was amazing. That was really the one thing that stood out as very good. Other than that, there was some other things that we didn’t love. I won’t stay there again.

I attended an academic conference, and the venue was excellent—very professional. The location of the accommodation was great as well, with plenty of good food and coffee options nearby. The hotel lobby was elegant and exuded a sense of history, which I absolutely loved! Although the room facilities were dated, they were well-maintained and did not feel old or shabby.

10/10 Perfect location for weekend and Packers-Bears game at Soldier Field!
Super convenient! No need for a car!!! Took the train for $5 for just a short walk to hotel. Walked around downtown including Sears tower. A mile walk with all the other fans to Solder Field. Felt completely safe!!!

It was super comfortable fancy nice big bed. Super happy. The buffet was phenomenal great bar kitty O’Shea. I think the name of it was right in the actual giant block that is Hilton.
