I was told at check-in by...I stayed at the Boulevard Hilton Grand Vacations Club over Thanksgiving and had a disappointing experience with the front desk team, especially the manager (Samatha Cordero). I was told at check-in by Raylene that I could switch my payment method using tap-to-pay by 9:30 AM on checkout day. I planned my expenses around that guidance. When I returned the morning of checkout, the manager told me tap-to-pay “wasn’t possible” and insisted the original agent would never have said that. Instead of listening or trying to help, she was dismissive, disrespectful, and made no effort to explore alternatives. In 2025, tap-to-pay is standard, and hotels normally have multiple ways to process a card. She offered none. Not only did this misinformation cost me financially, but the lack of care or willingness to resolve a simple issue made me feel undervalued as a guest. This experience does not align with the level of service I expect from Hilton.Show More

The majority of our stay was wonderful; the rooms were clean, staff was very pleasant, and the restaurant by the pool was good. The disappointment comes from the pool itself and the spa. The disappointment comes from the pool itself and the spa. The pool that they even had open was tiny and the jacuzzi kept overflowing. My other disappointment was from my spa appt. The staff was really nice, but that's about where the positive ends. I booked a deep tissue massage and the guy doing my massage seemed too scared to actually go deep. I had to ask several times for him to push harder and he would for a tiny amount lf time before going back to doing a skin tickle. I also upgraded for a scalp treatment, but he only put the oil on the front of my hairline with it flowing directly into my ears and nothing on the actual scalp. All in all it was a waste of $200+. If you dont plan to use the pool or spa, then this hotel is great. Show More
