The hotel was easy to find on foot, welcoming staff and straightforward check in at the desk. The room (twin guest room) was really spacious, spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. Our room had a view of Canary Wharf (not the river). Bathroom was clean and modern, the shower was not a power shower but good enough & toiletries were provided along with huge bath towels. Kettle, tea, coffee & milk all provided & use of the mini fridge. There was a safe in the room. We didn’t have breakfast as we wanted to eat elsewhere but it would have been £25 per person. They took £50 holding fee on arrival which was quickly refunded automatically after check out. It was £231 for one night but after a lot of searching at short notice in that location I feel it was a good choice. The location was perfect for our trip & only a short walk from the train station! All the shops & restaurants are nearby with a handy Tesco express a 2 minute walk away! Highly recommended & I would stay again.Show More

The hotel is about a 5/10 minute walk from the Canary Wharf tube station, just over a footbridge and then you are inside the Canary Wharf shopp...Stayed for one night whilst visiting at event in the O2. The hotel is about a 5/10 minute walk from the Canary Wharf tube station, just over a footbridge and then you are inside the Canary Wharf shopping complex, which is undercover. The hotel itself is very good. Room was large and well equipped for a family stay with 2 big TVs, good size beds and a good size bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and staff were friendly and attentive. I’ve deducted one star as I found the room to be a bit dusty, but other than that it was fine for our one night stay. We didn’t venture to area situated the other side of the hotel. It looked less accommodating than the Canary Wharf side, but that being said there is no reason to venture to that side as everything you need is situated within or via Canary Wharf. I’d certainly stay here again when visiting the O2 and Canary Wharf, and potentially London more generally given its proximity to the underground station.Show More
