I have seen a few negative reviews on here so I thought I would provide my own review based on a recent experience. This is a hotel in the centre(ish) of London with easy access to the underground net...I have seen a few negative reviews on here so I thought I would provide my own review based on a recent experience. This is a hotel in the centre(ish) of London with easy access to the underground network (Holland Park). A good location. The hotel staff were really good - attentive, polite, smart, accommodating and a real pleasure to interact with. I can't over-emphasise how good the staff are. The room was a bit small, but it was enough for me. I' m not there to ball-room dance, just to sleep. A little warm, but an open window fixed that. The bed was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was a little cramped, but still fine for me. Towels were really nicely laundered (soft and fluffy). The Restaurant was great - food was really nice and a reasonable price. My only small issue was that the lunchtime food delivery from the kitchen was a bit slow on one occasion - really not a big deal at all. Does it fit with the Hilton quality brand image? Possibly not in terms of some aspects of upkeep in common areas, but this is a busy hotel and the staff there totally make it work. Internet speed? Great, no issues and worked everywhere I went. Breakfast? Fantastic. Everything is available, the restaurant is clean, well maintained, and the food is well prepared and very tasty. Good value at GBP16 if you have a "proper feed" (stuff your face). Overall value for money? Very good. Would I stay there again? 100% yes.Show More

The location was awesome, near a huge mall, the train station, and lot of restaurants. I would probably stay again because of the location. The jr. suites were smaller than expected but was spacious enough for 3 people.Show More
