Our stay at this hotel was disappointing in several respects. The rooms are quite small, and the “queen” beds appeared closer in size to doubles. The mini fridge was extremely limited — it could barel...Our stay at this hotel was disappointing in several respects. The rooms are quite small, and the “queen” beds appeared closer in size to doubles. The mini fridge was extremely limited — it could barely fit a can of soda laid on its side, and the door offered no additional storage. Also, there was NO microwave in the room and NO coffee machine!! The only coffee offered is the Starbucks inside the hotel…$9 medium coffee! It’s an overpriced Starbucks, more expensive than a normal Starbucks and it’s understaffed all the time so the line ups are always long. We were celebrating a birthday during our stay and had brought a cake but were surprised to learn the hotel could not provide any plates or napkins when we asked the front desk. Fortunately, the Turtle Jack’s restaurant located within the hotel was kind enough to assist us and provided plates and a knife. Additionally, when we requested a late checkout (2 p.m. on a Sunday), the front desk declined our request without flexibility. For a three-night stay totaling approximately $1,000, we expected a higher level of customer service and accommodation. Overall, this experience left us feeling undervalued as guests. We will not be returning to this Hilton property and would recommend considering other hotels that prioritize guest satisfaction. Doubletree by Hilton 925 Dixon Road.Show More

SO close to airport and park n fly lot....good restaurant.. but service is questionable. Recommendation...dont register your car Just pay when you leave ....otherwise you pay twice and just have to wait for refund. The parking system sucks ....and they have no ability to let you out ....held hostage trying to get to flight....you pay twice and wait for refundShow More
