Room quite spacious for a downtown hotel. Of course, I compare with Manhattan hotels which are the worse but still

Great location, lovely new hotel. I enjoyed using the gym, which was small but well-equipped, and found the room extremely comfortable and modern.

10/10 Awesome stay for a getaway!
Hotel was wonderful and the location was supreme, right in the city center. The staff was friendly upon check-in and throughout the stay. The housekeeping and room service were spot on and the breakfast delivered by room service was delicious. Would return here.

9/10 Special feeling!
Wonderful service and atmosphere at the entrance and lobby. Staff definitely make you feel special. The location was great, we could walk everywhere we were going, ie: Massey Hall, Eaton Centre, Hair Salon and restaurants.
We would definitely stay here again in the future.

8/10 Love the hotel, just needs an update.
The location is amazing, staff are exceptional. The pool is great too - being able to swim in a heated pool, outside is so relaxing. The only hotel we’ve ever stayed at that the pool towels are bigger than a hand towel. These actual cover you.

Staff were very friendly and helpful right away as soon as you enter, the lobby was very nice and the view from the room did not disappoint one bit! Location was amazing, Ubers were cheap to get around everywhere and 100% will come back.

It’s nice inside. I was able to see the CN tower from my room and also from one of the elevators. It also has facilities like gym and a pool, I couldn’t use it and didn’t see where was it located but seemed pretty nice in photos. Also the staff was very friendly.

I actually stayed at the hotel adjacent to the conference location. It was wonderful. I sleep soundly every night. I would choose this hotel again. The staff were wonderful with dealing with my credit card issues.
