Looked very good on pics and the lobby was nice and clean. Never had a chance to see my room.

9/10 Comfortable. Would stay again.
Great day, friendly faces, courtesy, polite, comfy beds, quiet hotel cleanliness was good. The only downside was the pool and the gym area were under construction, but that was my fault due to not reading my email so it kind of broke my heart when I got there and they were closed cause I was really looking forward to the hot tub. But next time I stay, they will be up and running, so I will be looking forward to it.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the front was dealing with an extremely upset guest on the phone. He handled it with the most calm and patient manner.

8/10 Good to excellent value for a hotel that is within 20 minutes of the Calgary Airport.
This hotel offers very good value for money and is located about 20 minutes by shuttle from the Calgary Airport. The facility is a bit old but it is very clean and we noticed staff appeared to be working hard to keep it in a very clean state.

The fire alarm kept going off while at night. And I was there to get quality sleep which was worse than I came. The room carpet was filthy looking. Only one elevator was working.
