When I arrive to the hotel and try to check in the front desk clerk, rang me up for the ENTIRE amount of the room price, plus the $200 security deposit fee.I explained to the clerk that I had already been charged for half of the room deposit and asked why I was being charged the full price again. She calls her manager and explains the situation to them over the phone. Now the new price I need to pay is the other half of the room plus the $200 security deposit. I pay the amount, and I get my key and head to the room. Upon arriving in the room there was no sofa bed, which on the website it was described to have, weird. I go to look at my bank account to check my bank statements, and I notice I was charged another $200 dollars. ( which I was told I was going to be refunded for, but why was I charged again for another $200? Without my knowledge? Fast forward to the last day when I am trying to check out, I was told that I had a charge on my account for $250. Which again was weird because I just paid the hotel over $1200, when my room total was $870. Klao was the manager on duty, who laughed & didn't really try to understand where I was coming from and the fact that the hotel took more money than they should have. She printed out receipts and asked if "it makes sense" because she did not want to waive the fee. After going back and forth with her she waived the extra $250 fee because I wasn't paying it!
