The check in process was far too long. Waited in line for 15+ minutes to check in and was told that my request for handicap accessibility was overlooked and if it was okay they would downgrade my room...The check in process was far too long. Waited in line for 15+ minutes to check in and was told that my request for handicap accessibility was overlooked and if it was okay they would downgrade my room to a smaller room with a queen bed for 3 adults. That would not work so we took the original room not knowing it was in the farthest building from the main lobby. If I wanted to I could take a shuttle which we did but each time I needed to get near the front lobby I would either have to call the shuttle or walk. This made it very difficult for my daughter who has a walking disability to go anywhere. The shuttle dropped us off at building 21 where we found our room on the second floor l,15 concrete steps up since there are no elevators in this building. Again very difficult for someone with a walking disability. The closest pool was closed and any of the so called amenities were up near the front lobby but o was promptly charged for 2 nights of a resort fee. Very discouraging. I was so disappointed with our accommodation. I tried to talk to the front desk associate but was frequently reminded that I could have had the downgraded room. I might have done that if I had any idea what I was getting myself into. I say why weren’t we put in buildings 1 or 2 or at least on the first floor. Or anywhere near the amenities. I’ll know better than to stay with the holiday inn again. Show More

Usually we stay on the strip when in Vegas but this place changed our mind and we will stay here again and again. We had the 2 bedroom and we absolutely loved the apt like feeling of the room. Both rooms were very roomy and the beds were next level comfortable. Both rooms had walk in closets. The whole place was very clean and spotless, kitchen area was nice and there was plenty of dishes available. There was also a laundry room available outside in the balcony area. There is so much to say about the place! We loved the pools they had and the game room was a nice touch. Daily activities going on as well! This is the BEST place to stay with family. Walk to the strip was just a few minutes away. Resort fee was a bit pricey but worth it. Plan your next stay here! Show More

The room with king bed and sleeper sofa offered enough space and privacy for my son and I. The kitchen was small and a bit underwhelming but sufficient. Our balcony had a view of the Sphere which was awesome. The property felt a little dated. The pools were nice although one hot tub was small and the other was never actually hot. Staff was friendly but when I think they forgot to text me when our room was ready. I had to inquire. We ate at the bar & grill once. The Asian dinner salad was good but the pizza was mediocre. The food at the tables around us looked pretty good. The property is about a 20-minute walk from the Linq Promenade and not far beyond that is the Strip. Overall, it was a good value for the price and I would stay again.Show More

No gambling on site, but close. Check-in & check-out was easy. Ample access to shaded parking was great. Hotel was within 0.5 miles (walking distance) to the main strip. Was cool to see a significant portion of the Sphere from room balcony. Was wonderful having our own laundry facilities as part of suite. Only items of minimal concern were as follows: 1. No elevator (but only 3 floors) 2. Room and overall resort area were clean and well maintained; however filled trash bags (I presume from cleaned rooms) were unattended and presented obstacles in walking areas just outside of rooms for hours.
