Checking in/out was easy. Staff texted me the first day to see how I'm doing, so if I needed anything I could just text them back. Other than that, no one bothered me. Literally had a complete one bedroom apartment all to myself in Building 17 with all the amenities; living room with large couch, a working gas fireplace, eat-in kitchen with full sized fridge/freezer & ice maker, separate bedroom with blackout curtains, and a private balcony. Each apartment is accessed directly from outside, but the property is gated with security guards. I also had a great view of the Sphere from outside my door. Atmosphere is quiet with lots of families and senior couples staying here. Complex is large and spaced out. Each building has 3 floors. No elevators, so ask for a 1st floor ground level room if you have limited mobility. Pools and hot tubs were open, even though I didn't swim. I also saw an activity room for kids with a pool table and other games. The strip is about a 10-15 minute walk. I'd usually walk there from my room, and then take a ~$12 uber coming back. I didn't bring a car, but if I did, I could've parked it right outside my room, which is better than at a garage in the hotel/casinos on the strip where it takes 15 minutes walk to/from the car. This was my first time staying here and I didn't know what to expect, but overall I have zero complaints. Would 100% recommend this place for anyone looking for a full apartment and a great value compared to strip hotels, just outside all the hustle & bustle of the strip, but close enough to access the strip.Show More

The hotel is only 10 minutes walk to Venetian Expo and right next to the Sphere. The hotel is a succession of apartment blocks with a central building that houses checkin, a restaurant and a small food market. As someone who was expecting a fairly typical IHG checkin it was a little different as there were property owners as well as guests like me. Getting checked in required visiting two desks, the second to get a bracelet that serves as a key. Suffice to say the process was ok, if a little long and slow. I was surprised that there was no mention of any amenities for high value IHG members, I wasn’t even told that breakfast was served anywhere let alone whether I could benefit from it as an amenity. It’s a small thing but added up to this not feeling like a typical IHG property. But that’s probably on me. The apartment blocks do not have elevators and are spaced out - staff kindly have golf carts to transport you. I didn’t need either of those since I was in a nearby ground floor apartment. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a sofa and of course a bedroom and bathroom with a walk in closet. It would be fair and honest to say that the building exterior and interior is neither modern nor particularly striking. The apartment was perfectly functional. It was let down by the air conditioning being someone low on power, and the kitchen fan being the same, which meant cooking smells permeated the entire apartment. Real supermarkets are minutes away and of course you have everything that vegas has to offer on your doorstep.Show More

On arrival, we learned it operates as a timeshare, which was unexpected. Accommodation Details We stayed in Building 15, close to the gate for Sphere parking, allowing a quick ten-minute walk to the venue. Property Features and Amenities The property was clean, affordable, and offered good value. Our spacious 1-Bedroom Deluxe was next to a pool, and we received a $50 food-and-drinks credit. Comparison to Other Accommodations The condo-style rooms are roomy and a solid alternative to pricier Strip hotels. Comparable rates and in-room coffee made mornings simpler. Added Bonus: Excellent customer service from Tommy at the Front Desk and Charles Huggins, Concierge, who offered extensive knowledge of Las Vegas. It was a pleasure talking to him.Show More
