The hotel’s location is convenient for exploring Singapore, with easy access to public transport and nearby eateries. Small pool but was great. The complimentary Sentosa Island tickets were a lovely surprise and added great value. Overall, a relaxing and well-managed stay. Good for business travelers.Show More

Convenient location, we can go to different attractions and places within roughly about 15-20 mins via Gojek. If you wanna commute, there's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and about 20-min walk to Novena MRT station. Also, there's a nearby Whampoa food centre (about 5-min walk) but there are also 2 restaurants in the hotel itself - one in the lobby (where they also serve the breakfast), and another in the 2nd floor which is a concessionaire. Breakfast is excellent - there's a variety of local and Western options. Breakfast closes exactly at 10am so you have to be there early. They offer A-la carte options in the Express Cafe & Bar but it's available only on selected days. We stayed in a 1-Bedroom Suite which is adequate and comfortable for us - 2 adults with 2 kids. There's also coffee machine and water filter in our room. We had a minor hiccup though - when we came in, the water dispenser in our room releases dirty and smelly water. Seems like the filter haven't been cleaned in awhile. Front desk was quick enough to respond though and send someone to replace it. Housekeeping team did a good job tidying up our room daily. A/C works really well, and you can adjust the room temp as desired. Bed and pillows are super comfy, plus no noise from the outside - always giving us a good night's sleep. There's pool in the rooftop, gym, and laundry room but we didn't get a chance to use these. Overall, we had a great time staying for a week in this hotel. Big thanks and kudos to Kanchana and her team, for ensuring our needs are met! They are consistent in giving top-notch customer service to all their guests! We will always choose HIEXS Novena as our 2nd home everytime we visit SG.Show More
