I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I really can't fault it or have any issue or negative thing to stay. I stayed for 7 nights, so I could enjoy a relaxing week in London, visiting different parts...I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I really can't fault it or have any issue or negative thing to stay. I stayed for 7 nights, so I could enjoy a relaxing week in London, visiting different parts of the city and seeing plenty of sights. Staying in Camden was perfect as you can easily get to a lot of great places and no trip on the tube was longer than 30 minutes. The hotel itself was perfect, the room was a good size and had everything you might need. Breakfast was included and again had everything on offer that you might need, I managed to vary what i had throughout the week, having hot food a few times, pancakes once, cereals a couple times, croissants and granola and yoghurt on other days. All delicious and good quality, I enjoyed the variety.
All the staff at Holiday Inn Camden Lock were friendly, helpful and thoughtful, as I was staying for a week I got to know them a bit more than you would if you were only staying a night etc but I get the feeling that is their standard throughout and they are a wonderful team.
Room service is available and also a takeaway service for grabbing lunch on the go is also a nice touch, their room cleaning is done every day and they replace towels, toilet rolls, tea/coffee supplies daily also, I could not fault housekeeoing one bit.
The only downside currently at Holiday In Camden is they are having renovation works, they go from roughly 10am til 4pm every day (except Sundays) which for most if you are out and about during the day its not an issue. It might effect some of their facilities but they have moved things around to accommodate and to continue to provide excellent services. It did not effect me and I enjoyed my stay. I look forward to returning when its all done and brand new.Show More
