The bartenders were friendly, and provided good customer service. We had sandwiches from the hotel deli, they were delicious! It was very clean, very efficient. The shuttle was easy to find and seemed to run tightly to schedule. I only had 6 hours there, so not much time to form an opinion. I didn't request but got a handicap room which are always the roomiest. I got there a little before 11pm, I actually booked it on the shuttle, and some food and drink were still available. I left before breakfast and the shuttle left at 4:30 on the dot, which made me happy.Show More

The lie that they’re giving Platinum Elite members upgraded rooms per brand standard because “it’s on a “higher” (7 of 9) floor,” even as they try to upsell the actual upgraded room. Just trust me and make a better choice with your money. There are tons. And shame on IHG for these continued let downs.Show More
