Nice smaller hotel, excellent location for access to BC Place which is why we chose this location. Staff were really great and managed busy check in and check out with smiles, also accommodated our luggage storage requests before check in and after checkout. The room was small but newly renovated and clean with comfortable bed and nice bedding.

The staff was very serviceable and always attentive to my needs, provided me with good references across downtown. Secure access after hours and in upper level first floor with a private outdoor space. The Locations was perfect for my needs.

We had our first room, and it was good the bed comfortable the bathroom shower was working the first day till the second day of are stay wasn't working.

Had no breakfast. There were a few stairs on the second floor to climb with luggage. No direct elevator access to rooms
Loved the comfy bed and pillows and bed coverings
Hotel decor was nice as well as the outdoor sitting area on second floor

9/10 Its a comfortable place to sleep when you want to spend time out and about
The bed was very comfortable. Service was quick. we needed more coffee pods, and they sent someone up straight away. The location was nice for walking, Parking was mostly covered, only about 6 spots were rained on, we were able to find a different place to park. Some of the spots are tight though.

9/10 Great location in Downtown Vancouver.
The service was great. Everyone from the front desk, to housekeeping, to folks in the bar/restaurant. Everyone was very welcoming and wonderful. The location is excellent. Close to everything we like to do. Parking was easy as well, with unlimited in/out privileges. The price is expensive for other cities, but on par with what you would pay in Vancouver for a place like this. The Holiday Inn & Suites Vancouver Downtown will definitely be on our list for best places to stay.

Great location. Staff was very friendly, welcoming, considerate, respectful, and extremely helpful, and everyone aimed at pleasing all of the hotel guests. Very clean and comfortable room.

10/10 A few days between cruises.
Great location. So easy to get the bus 1 block over. Taxi was only $10 or less to the cruise port or down town.
Our room was ready early.
Bed was so comfortable. Best sleep I have had in any hotel.
