I did like how this hotel was cheap, but that was about it. The reviews for this hotel were quite high when we booked it, however, the services that were listed under this hotel were not accurately li...I did like how this hotel was cheap, but that was about it. The reviews for this hotel were quite high when we booked it, however, the services that were listed under this hotel were not accurately listed. They claimed to have a restaurant, a bar and 24/7 room services (food, drinks, etc.) The "restaurant" was not open until 4:00 pm, the bar closed at 9:00 pm and when we called the 24/7 service line, there was no answer. The services were lacking, and also the rooms were not entirely clean - the room I stayed in had stains on the sheets. When the workers came in to clean the rooms they left all the drink glasses and seemed to really only make the bed. They offer up a patio area outside on the lobby floor for people to sit, but we sat out there on a sunny afternoon and the cushions weren't even put out on the furniture. Also, the refrigerators in the room do not work at all. I personally wasn't expecting a lot from the location of this hotel because of the price and I was aware that it was further from Old Montreal. However, it didn't seem like a safe area and it was quite dirty. Overall, I do not recommend booking this hotel and will not come back. Show More

When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk stated that they did not have a reservation for me. I showed them my confirmation from Expedia and they spent a few minutes trying to locate my reservation ...When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk stated that they did not have a reservation for me. I showed them my confirmation from Expedia and they spent a few minutes trying to locate my reservation without success. I asked if they a room available and they said no, and told me to contact Expedia. No apology, no offer of assistance. With no affordable rooms in nearby hotels and with no place to stay, I got in my car and drove 3+ hours home. I have used Expedia for over 20 years for many stays, flights, and car rentals and this has never happened before. Expedia customer service assisted me with a refund and contacted the hotel. The hotel suddenly had a room available for me to check in, after I’d already given up and gone home. For me, this was a major inconvenience, but for a traveler coming from much farther away, this would have been disastrous. The hotel looked very nice, modern, and stylish. Location is fantastic. I wish I could have actually stayed.Show More

The bathroom door was always getting stuck and hard to open. Furthermore, it was stained with yellow disgusting stains like an old yellow door taken from a smoking room. The bathroom fan didn’t work. Plus, the photo of the building you see is misrepresenting of the hotel facade as its the building next door, not the actual hotel. We thought we were staying, like stated, in a building that was once part of the Musée des beaux-arts de Montréal. Not at all. Lastly, there is ONE valet on a Saturday at checkout time for everyone. WE WAITED OVER 40 minutes to get our car. We had to shorten our visit in Old Montreal because of the lack of service. I forgot my hair products. My bad. But I called and they were nowhere to be found… housekeeping isn’t reliable. A stressful and frustrating visit. I don’t recommend this hotel!Show More

It’s an easy mile walk if you want to get down to...We had a lovely stay at Hotel 10 during Aug 2025. The hotel is in the Latin Quarter, adjacent to a street with countless restaurants, bars, and shops. It’s an easy mile walk if you want to get down to the port or any of the neighboring areas. The room was comfortable and it was not loud. There was some general wear and tear that needed to be addressed, lifting floor panels, cracked paint, etc. But this wasn’t anything that drastically affected our stay. We really appreciated that the parking is valet entry only, meaning the general public cannot access it for parking or otherwise. I forgot something in the room after checkout and the staff graciously allowed me back in to retrieve my item. We’d definitely stay here again.Show More
