The hotel staff...Let start by saying I LOVE the Hotel Albuquerque and Chaco! For this visit, I was hosting a conference for work that representatives of businesses and government officials attended. The hotel staff did an outstanding job working with me and my staff to show our attendees a great experience. The hotel is beautiful and they keep a fire in the fireplace year round. They use pinion wood in the fireplace, making the entire hotel smell magical! The rooms are nice and the views are beautiful. During my stay, there was a bike ride event happening that started just outside of my balcony. It was great seeing the community enjoy the event. Hot Air balloons were regularly in the air in the mornings. All of the food, including the catered food, hotel restaurants and nearby restaurants were wonderful. Level 5 at Chaco is expensive, but the experience is well worth the price. I also recommend visiting the restaurant at Los Poblanos and El Pinto while in the area. Both are delicious and worth an offsite visit. Looking forward to my next opportunity to visit Albuquerque and staying at either the Hotel Albuquerque or Chaco!Show More

The room has a number of modern amenities, but you can still tell that you are clearly in a historic hotel. Our room across from the front desk for our meeting was comfortable and we did not hear outside noise. The food was great as I was happy to smother my breakfast eggs in hatch green chile salsa and the bowls of green chile stew for lunch were great. AV worked well for our meeting and we had plenty of room. The neighborhood around the hotel has also improved since my last visit with the Sawmill Market opening up a block away to give you lots of options for food along with the Mexican restaurant in the hotel.Show More

The rooms were very nice with modern bathrooms that i really enjoyed. I had a balcony room that looked out over the old town section of the city which was quite nice. The cleaning staff was top notch as well getting my room cleaned everyday earlier than expected. I loved that the hotel staff keeps the fire burning in the hearth located in the lobby, it was the perfect place to unwind after long days at the conference. I would definitely stay here again.Show More
