The cost was around $223 for one night. After I made the reservation, I received a welcoming email that provided details about the hotel and the surrounding area, including a nightclub next door. When I arrived at the hotel and checked in, I met Eunice, who was wonderful. She assisted me and made the check-in process very easy. The room is quite small compared to other hotels I've stayed in. It has a stand-up shower, a 32-inch TV, but no microwave. Additionally, the parking area is dark and feels insecure. However, this hotel is conveniently located near the city center, and since I experienced such great service from the staff, I would rate this place three stars.Show More

This hotel is the absolute worst hotel we have ever stayed at. It is in a very bad neighbourhood where we saw 2 crackheads outside while there. The website photos don’t represent the actual hotel portion. ANY SCORE ABOVE A 2 / 10 Should not be believed and it should be pulled from HOTELS.COM offerings. Our room was not air conditioned and was stifling hot on the second floor. The carpets are filthy, chair was broken and bed uncomfortable. Room was also very tiny. The staff were polite and helpful. We stayed in BC for 13 more nights using ABNB asa boycott to Hotels.com.Show More

Pictures on the website was misleading, very unsafe, homeless and drug seeking persons surrounding the Hotel. I was not going to put myself and my husband through this nightmare. The Receptionist was the only Nice aspect of this hotel and understood the reason for me and my husband wanting to leave. I booked another hotel right there in the lobby and was in total disbelief regarding the surrounding area of the hotel, lack of air conditioning, elevator and the price ($280 & $150 deposit) being charged by Travelocity. Worst Hotel “Ever” and Deserves a Negative Zero Rating!!!!!Show More
