We had travelled for the ATP Tennis Finals as a family group (of 6) only to find out upon arrival that the hotel bar was going to be closed for the entire duration of our s...Very disappointing overall. We had travelled for the ATP Tennis Finals as a family group (of 6) only to find out upon arrival that the hotel bar was going to be closed for the entire duration of our stay. If we had been notified in advance of this, we would have made alternative arrangements. As a result we were forced to use outside/public bars over a very busy weekend with the ATP tennis event kicking off and with a big football match (Juventus vs Turin) that was also held on the Saturday night. Staff - unfriendly in general (at check-in and in the breakfast room) Room - we reported that our sink was semi-blocked, but it was not rectified during our stay. Shower Water Temperature - the shower water temperature was only lukewarm during our entire stay. TV - the TV volume was “locked” and one could not increase or reduce the sound volume. Overall - this was our sixth trip to the ATP Finals in Turin and unfortunately it was the most disappointing hotel that we have stayed at to date.Show More
