We stayed in the San Marco suite, with its private terrace overlooking the Basilica and the famous clock tower with the two Moors striking the hours.
Just standing there — day or night — felt like touching the very heartbeat of Venice. Watching the lights shimmer across the square at night, hearing the distant bells, and waking up to the first rays of sunrise over St. Mark’s — it was pure magic.
We took some incredible photos of the city at night, right from our room. One morning we literally rolled out of bed, walked through the empty square to capture the dawn, and came back to have coffee — or champagne — on our terrace with the most breathtaking view imaginable.
The suite itself was small but full of old-world charm, with fabric-covered walls and elegant details. Everything was spotless, and the service was impeccable — warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Breakfast was wonderful as well, beautifully served and delicious.
Even if you stay in a luxury hotel, nothing compares to waking up in the very heart of Venice, surrounded by its history, beauty, and quiet mystery. Hotel Concordia made me feel part of the city itself — not just a guest, but a witness to its living soul.Show More
