The location was a central point for tou...I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Delle Nazioni-Rome. There was a group of us who spent three days in Rome after a cruise; everyone had a great stay. The location was a central point for touring, shopping, and restaurants. The atmosphere was welcoming and professional. Every member of the staff made us feel like the most important client they had.
The rooms varied; we had a mixture of King Bed and 2 Twin Bed rooms. I felt the 2 Twin Bed rooms were a bit smaller, but well appointed for the three days we were there. Breakfast was plentiful, a good variety, and very well presented. I was especially pleased when the staff provided breakfast bags for our group because we were departing at 6am. Such a nice, classy touch.
We had a logistical challenge the night before departing; our contracted transfers for 6am the next day decided to change the pick-up location. The hotel is on a very narrow street that could accommodate mini-vans, but nothing larger. The transfer company changed the vehicle and wanted us to walk 10 minutes, with luggage, to their designated pick-up point. I so appreciated how quickly and efficiently the staff was able to help us get alternate mini-vans on such short notice. I am eternally grateful for the extra effort they went through to ensure we were able to get to the airport on time for our international flights.
If I am in Rome again, I will definitely stay at the Hotel Delle Nazioni. The value and location were definitely worth it. In fact, I have referred a friend to this hotel and she will be checking in the second week of December. Thanks to each member of the hotel staff, I appreciate you!Show More
