I arrived around 2 PM and was pleasantly surprised to be able to check in an hour early. After a long flight, that small gesture meant everything. The staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind from the moment I stepped inside. They provided wonderful accommodations and took the time to give me thoughtful recommendations tailored to my trip. As someone visiting Paris for the first time, this made a huge difference — I instantly felt at ease and truly at home. The location is absolutely perfect. It’s close to many major attractions and conveniently right next to a metro station, which made navigating the city incredibly easy. I loved being able to step outside and already be in the heart of everything. One thing I truly appreciated was how attentive the receptionist was. They kindly arranged a cab for my return to the airport and even called me the morning of my departure to let me know my ride had arrived. That level of care and service is rare and made the entire experience feel seamless. Overall, I had a wonderful stay. I will definitely be returning and will happily choose this hotel again on my next trip to Paris. Highly recommended!Show More
