Just finished a 6 night stay in a Triple room. This is the best location for shoppers and lazy people! Grand Front Osaka, Lucua are just next door, and the hotel sits on top of Links Umeda and Yodobas...Just finished a 6 night stay in a Triple room. This is the best location for shoppers and lazy people! Grand Front Osaka, Lucua are just next door, and the hotel sits on top of Links Umeda and Yodobashi Camera. There’s Uniqlo, Muji, Jins all within an elevator ride. Everything else in Umeda is within walking distance. If you take the train from Kansai Airport, you use the bridge exit and the hotel is just a few steps away. The hotel has automated a lot of processes- check in and out, laundry queues, luggage forwarding with a QR code, we had no issues with any of the services, and the hotel staff were helpful when called upon. I will definitely stay again on my next trip.Show More

Double bed rooms are small and we knew that before we booked. Cute little room with great facilities. Hotel is well located for transport, limousine bus, metro and train. Lots of shops to walk around on a wet day. Many izakaya in the B1, a supermarket and konbini for egg sando. I liked the fact that you could choose whether you wanted your room cleaned or just towels changed.Show More
