The hotel concierge was also very helpful with finding me a restaurant for my last night in Japan and making a reservation.. The food and the restaurant were terrific - exactly what I needed to wrap up 9 days in Japan. The hotel was immaculately cleaned and organized. I like that the hotel is conveniently located near a train station and a underground shopping mall with variety of shops and restaurants.Show More

The hotel is located close to almost all public transportation (JR, subway, and private lines). We took a day trip to Nara, and the train runs from the station right below the hotel. There is a very long underground walkway connected to the hotel entrance at the basement level. It is lined with many stores, and shops, so you can find almost anything you need (Starbucks, a gourmet supermarket, restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, etc.). The room was a little small, but clean and comfortable. The view from the room was excellent. Pajamas were provided and changed every day, which was very convenient for us. We had breakfast at the hotel every morning. The dining staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and they went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. There was a wide variety of food at the buffet, with something for everyone.Show More
