Bonjour déjà a notre arrivée dans la chambre on gelait et ça pris 1h30 avant d' être bien comme température. Et vers 3h00 - 3h30 y a eu un problème électrique tout fonctionnait pas sauf le plafonnier de la chambre qui nous a réveillé ils flashait continuellement sans arrêt a plusieurs intensité. Nous a 8ham on avait 16 heures d'auto a Faire le 2 nov et on devait etre reposer. Impossible de dormir avec autant de luminosité qui flashais on a été voir la fille a la réception elle nous a dis qu'elle avait pas d'autre chambre et nous avons du quitter l'hôtel vers 3h45 am sans avoir dormis ni pu profiter de notre déjeuner.. J'ai payer une chambre et un bon déjeuner que nous avons pas eu le droit de prendre en plus on a oublier sur le bureau au pied du lit. Un étui avec un petit couteau et 1 vape. On l'avait mis la avant de partir et dans la presse de partir on les a oublier. On a téléphoné immédiatement a l'hôtel pour demander pour les objets oublier apres 3 jours nous dit qu'ils sont rien trouver et j'ai parler a la directrice pour avoir un rabais ou journée gratuite pour leur problème d'électricité jamais eu de retour d'appelle et que téléphone ils disent qui est pas là de laisser un message et ils me rappellent jamais. Pouvez faire qq chose comme vous voyez dans notre historique on passe toujours par booking.ca et on va souvent a l'hôtel métropolitain et on emmène bcp de gens car on organise des soirées au club d'un de nos amis qui ce trouve pas loin. Avant nous allions au motel idéal sur boul Lajeunesse la ou jamais on a eu de trouble de la sorte.Show More

De plus, il se situe en face d'une route et les chambres sont très mal insonorisées ce qui rend la nuit et le séjour assez désagréable. La chambre était toutefois spacieuse et propre. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Il a fait l'affaire pour 2 nuits mais nous ne reviendrons pas.Show More
