Staff was kind and they are there 24/7. They stored our luggage safely. Room was good with air conditioner. The bathroom was clean and fresh towels every morning. Great hotel! We had a very pleasant stay at the Mosaic Hotel in Rome! Considering the price we were quite surprised in a very good way actually. We had read reviews about lack of cleaning, no hot water and mold, s...We had a very pleasant stay at the Mosaic Hotel in Rome! Considering the price we were quite surprised in a very good way actually. We had read reviews about lack of cleaning, no hot water and mold, so we were pretty pleased to meet kind receptionists, see our room which was spacey with several furniture, a small entrance and a cute bathroom. The cleaning staff even changed towels and made the bed every day - which we wouldn’t necessarily expect from a hotel in this class. When we go back to Rome we’ll definitely consider coming back here! If we were to mention something that would’ve been good it would be a working air con 😂 We spent Easter in Rome and we’d dread the room temperature if it had been in summer time.. We had to keep the windows open which was very annoying during night because of noise from the street (we lived at first floor facing the street).Show More
