Outstanding value and exceeded expectations after reading mixed reviews from pre-renovation period. **LOCATION:** Perfect location just 3 minutes walk from Hakodate Station. Direct shuttle bus from Hakodate Airport to station (20 minutes), then short walk. Tram station also 3 minutes away for easy access to major attractions. Convenience stores, restaurants, and shops all within 5-minute walking radius. **ACCOMMODATION:** Standard King Room was spacious with excellent amenities including refrigerator, kettle, cups/glasses, and 6 hangers - perfect for extended stays. No-shoes policy with slippers provided (reusable, not disposable). Post-renovation cleanliness evident throughout, though some areas still under renovation. **FACILITIES:** Coin laundry available with cash/QR payment options. TV in room shows laundry availability status - very convenient. Microwave on each floor near elevators. Self-service luggage storage for post-checkout convenience. **BREAKFAST:** Exceptional breakfast buffet with daily menu changes - crucial for 7-night stay. Local dishes featured alongside variety of options including desserts. Good crowd and food availability even at 9 AM (last entry 9:15 AM). No raw seafood options but quality and variety excellent. **WIFI:** Stable connection suitable for online meetings and work requirements. **ROOM ISSUES:** Air conditioning only offers Low/Middle/High/Off settings - no fine temperature control, requiring frequent adjustments. Bathroom toilet's small flush button not functioning, though not problematic. Shower pressure slightly weak, hair dryer also weak requiring longer drying time. **SERVICE:** Smooth check-in/out process with helpful staff throughout stay. **VALUE:** 58,000 yen for 7 nights with breakfast included represents exceptional value for this location and quality level. Approximately 8,300 yen per night with breakfast at station-adjacent location is outstanding. **RECOMMENDATION:** Highly recommended for extended stays, business travelers, and budget-conscious tourists prioritizing location and value. Perfect for workcations given reliable WiFi and practical amenities. Recent renovation has clearly improved the property significantly. Would definitely stay again for future Hakodate visits.Show More

We used the third for our best raw seafood bowl meal of the trip. The coupon gave us a grilled scallop each for spending above 2,200yen each. We wouldn’t have found our best meal if it weren’t for their recommendation. The let down was the down was not sound proof. There were American’s in the corridor after midnight chatting and it woke me and kept me up. Beside that, it met my needs.Show More

The only issues were this spikey metal coil I found in the carpet and removed myself (not too bad), and the toilet seat dipped down on the left side when you sit down. Otherwise a perfect stay. Thank you!Show More
