At your arrival, they furnish...Location was perfect, the staff was very accommodating and our apartment was beautiful. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice and I’m so glad we found this hotel. At your arrival, they furnished us with a map and marked out all of the pertinent places to visit and we religiously followed it during our stay. Centralized location, we literally walked everywhere. Spanish Steps, 12 minutes , Pantheon, 4 minutes, Trevi Fountain 10 minutes and great restaurants all around. The staff assisted us with a last minute golf cart tour and it was well worth it. Note you are right next to Parliament so although you are safe, if a dignitary is arriving or a group is protesting, it can make it hard to get a taxi at the front of the hotel. The breakfast offerings were perfect and the staff in the restaurant were all very friendly and polite. Our room had a great air conditioner and that was so important seeing as it was 97 degrees when we were there. We are returning next year and will definitely attempt to stay with them again if available. Thank you for taking such great care of us!Show More

Bar Service was phenomenal! The beds were a little too firm but we were so tired it didn’t matter in the end 😂 we also utilized the laundry service - turnaround was quick and the pants and shirts were perfectly pressed. The hotel is pretty centrally located, we quite literally stumbled on the Pantheon just looking for a drink and snack. We found it very easy to walk to most places.Show More
