The warm decor throughout the hotel was lovely and although it is a large hotel it felt cozy and welcoming. The staff were friendly and really helpful sorting out any query or issue we had. The size of the bedroom was brilliant very big for Japan with wonderful bathroom facilities and an amazing view of Kanazawa. The vegan breakfast in Benkay was a wonderful experience as well as beautiful food and excellent service which we will not forget. It was a really clean and comfortable hotel and a wonderful place to stay. The location was great also, close to Kanazawa station which has lots of lovely shops and places to eat. It is also very near bus connections for day excursions to world heritage sites Shirakawa-go or Gokayama. There are stunning night views from the sky bar which was not over priced and I understand has live music for guests some nights which I am sure would be wonderful.Show More

It's located right next to the train station, around where there are numerous places to eat as well. The interior of the hotel is really beautiful - it has a real luxurious vibe, and our room more than matched. Our room was very spacious, with large beautiful windows overlooking the city. It was very comfortable, very clean, and overall a very pleasant experience. There's very little to fault here. The staff were also very friendly and hospitable and everything was just very easy. The hotel was happy to keep our bags while we explored the city in the morning after checkout as well, which is always a great help.Show More

Show More
