(only l...Stayed with 2 friends, I had single room 663 modern clean and spacious however a little noisy at night while the furniture was being moved around on the rooftop terrace possibly being cleaned? (only lasted 15-20mins but was every night around midnight) 2 Friends Stayed in a family room 660, 1 huge bed then around a corner for a little privacy was a sofa bed that would pull out to a single or double bed if needed, again spotlessly clean and roomy. My single bed and pillows were VERY comfortable, I know it's a matter of preference, I certainly had 3 great night sleeps. There was no "view" from either room, we overlooked a thin tall alley but it didn't bother us, the windows let in fresh air. Easy to navigate to Termini train station, we opted to take the shuttle from Ciampino airport, the bus stops are right outside the main exit doors,stop number 3 so simple €8 each way non stop took about 45mins, Navigation to major sights was also a breeze on the Metro very easy 2 lines blue or red depending which side of the river you want and cost £1.32 per journey (you only tap in no need to tap out). Richardo on reception was most helpful on checking in and Mark in the breakfast room was always welcoming and cheerful. The weather in October was perfect 26* average and this made the rooftop bar the perfect destination for pre dinner drinks after a day's exploring. All 3 of us enjoyed our stay and would definitely use this hotel again Enjoy your trip!Show More

We were allowed to leave our luggage, was given a ticket and then we explored around the area. We came back and tried to find our luggage, and no one knew where our luggage had gone to, a gentleman had taken my husband to find it in one room wasn’t there went into another room was in the back of that room very unorganized I think. The room, outlook side street which was fine until the garbage truck came and made so much noise or whenever the bar below us empties all the empty bottles into the garbage can. Breakfast was OK. assortment is ok, a little of everything. Elevator is very small two people and maybe your luggage at a time. The male staff at checkin were nice and social, while the woman who worked the desk has a big chip on her shoulder. She made us feel like we were intruding and a pain because we couldn’t find our luggage which her staff had taken. I tried to void her the rest of the trip.Show More

Za pierwszym razem pobyt oceniam bardzo dobrze — otrzymałem czysty, świeżo wyremontowany pokój, który zrobił na mnie bardzo pozytywne wrażenie. Na tej podstawie uznałem, że cały hotel trzyma taki standard i dlatego postanowiłem wrócić. Niestety, drugi pobyt był dużym rozczarowaniem. Pokój, który tym razem przydzielono, był w znacznie gorszym stanie – łazienka była zagrzybiona, a z kanalizacji wydobywał się nieprzyjemny zapach, który roznosił się po całym pomieszczeniu. Zgłoszenie problemu nie przyniosło satysfakcjonującego rozwiązania. Szkoda, bo hotel ma potencjał i dobre wspomnienia z pierwszego pobytu sprawiły, że wróciłem z dużym zaufaniem. Nierówny standard pokoi to jednak coś, nad czym obiekt powinien zdecydowanie popracować.Show More
