The location is fantastic with just a short walk to the Duomo, bell tower, Uffizi, Accademia, train station, and great restaurants. The room was spacious with a very nice bathroom, a good air conditioner, and a comfy bed. The front desk staff was very helpful with things like recommendations, making change for large Euro bills, and telling us it was safe to walk to the train station in the morning darkness. Didn’t use the spa or other amenities, but the restaurant breakfast was good the one time we tried it. We will come back here on our next Florence visit!Show More
