I actually don’t think they gave us a room t...Before we arrived, we requested that our room was set up away from the train tracks to avoid the noise (because the hotel is right next to Agnoli station). I actually don’t think they gave us a room that was far from the noise (because we could literally see the train pass by from our window) but that means their noise-cancelling windows were that good (because it was barely noticeable when the train arrived/passed). On the day of our arrival, they messaged us that our room would be ready only by 15:00 but we arrived around 11:30. We asked if we could possibly enter the room then, and they made it possible! The room had an appropriate size for two people, closet with hangers, a huge tv with various channels, a desk, and a mini fridge (which was very useful for us) The ac has a common temperature so you either turn it on or you turn it off, no way to choose a specific temperature, which is why they give you a blanket too, but to be honest you can simply turn it off most of the time, the hotel is kept at a nice and cool temperature in summer. The bathroom was super nice and clean, their little bathroom amenities smelled so good too! The shower had some leakage on the floor on either side, so water from the shower would run thru some cracks between tiles into the rest of the bathroom, but it didn’t really bother us, so we didn’t notify staff about it, since it was something very minimal. The breakfast is seriously amazing. They have it all, from cheeses and ham, to eggs and cereal, Neapolitan sweets and a large variety of fruits, plus they offer you hot chocolate milk, cappuccini, caffè, anything that they can give you. The experience was overall awesome, very comfortable and nice, felt even luxurious and clean. The best part was the kindness of the staff. If I were to stay in Naples again, I would go back here, is super worth it.Show More
