The hotel itself is lovely and a beautiful setting. Amazing pool. 2 things let it down 1-breakfast, for a ‘wellness’ hotel the selection is poor unless you want to pay for something cooked eg porridge...The hotel itself is lovely and a beautiful setting. Amazing pool. 2 things let it down 1-breakfast, for a ‘wellness’ hotel the selection is poor unless you want to pay for something cooked eg porridge is €12 2-the rooms are a lottery and ours was not worth the cost for a junior suite. Whilst the terrace are was nice enough, the room itself is small and very little space for 2 people. The biggest letdown is the bathroom. It is a tiny shower room where there are no places to put any toiletries out. The shower is really small with 2 sliding doors to box you in but still leaks. The lighting was awful as only half the lights worked. Such a disappointment. Show More

We asked housekeeping to change the comforter because it smelled bad, and instead of helping, the housekeeper yelled at us and was extremely rude. When we brought this to the front desk, they didn’t seem to care at all — no apology, no follow-up, nothing. On top of that, the shower pressure was terrible, but after how we were treated over something as simple as a comforter, we didn’t even bother complaining. Overall, the staff’s attitude was unacceptable and made our stay very uncomfortable. Would not recommend this place to anyone.Show More
