Staff were superb on arrival, very welcoming and efficient check in, lots of information given to us and very helpful. The location of this hotel is great too, with everything in the city centre just a very short walk from the hotel. Lots of shops and restaurants on the doorstep too. We booked a junior suite, which was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We had views overlooking the main road outside. The room and bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was superb too with excellent water pressure. We slept so well in this room. Unfortunately we only had one night but we will definitely come back to this hotel the next time we stay in Palma. The night time staff member who was on when we checked out was also very friendly and helpful. We had booked a taxi the evening before with reception as we had a very early start and this was taken care of for us and was there at the time we had requested. All in all, a great stay and we look forward to coming back again for longer soon.Show More

For a four star rating the room, although clean, advertised with 20m² barely offered enough space for two people with two suitcases. The bathroom, very small and uncomfortable, displayed an ugly water resistant paint rather than some decorative tiling. There was an electric kettle but no coffee/tea bags.
