O hotel tem um ótimo custo benefício, super bem localizado. Tem uma estação de metrô que fica em frente ao hotel e lá passa a linha que vai para o aeroporto, deixa tudo mais prático. Tem uma estação de metrô que fica em frente ao hotel e lá passa a linha que vai para o aeroporto, deixa tudo mais prático. Também é possível acessar os principais pontos da cidade a partir dessa estação. Como fica um pouco afastado das partes mais movimentadas, o bairro é tranquilo, não é barulhento, o único ponto é que é possível ouvir os aviões e o serviço de recolhimento de lixo à noite, mas não é nada absurdo e não dura muito tempo. Mas o isolamento acústico interno do hotel é ótimo Além disso, tem um El Corte Inglés bem próximo, o que facilita bastante se você precisa comprar lanches, bebidas ou precisa apenas de um lanche rápido. Também tem vários restaurantes nas redondezas , com muitas opções e preço variado. O hotel em si é muito bom, o café da manhã é bem servido e tudo muito bem preparado, a equipe que cuida dessa parte é muito atenciosa e cuidadosa. Destaque também para a equipe de camareiras, nosso quarto estava sempre arrumado e cheiroso. E a equipe da recepção sempre foi muito solícita e atenciosa.Show More

I travel very frequently for countless reasons that aren't relevant here; but finding customer service that exceeds all expectations is truly remarkable. My group and I are speechless at the level of kindness, hospitality, and service provided by Mr. Fabian Traverso, the hotel's receptionist. Many thanks to whoever interviewed and chose him to represent their company. He made a tremendous and unique difference.Show More
